In the province of Badajoz, there is a wide range of single-family and independent homes since it is one of the largest territories. Despite being, on average, more expensive than Cáceres, the difference in value barely exceeds €100/m². The most expensive price is found in the Mérida area, very close to the city of Badajoz, where the price per m² skyrockets, above €1,200. It is closely followed by Navalvillar de Pela, where the square meter also exceeds €1,000. The most expensive townhouses are in Zafra and Almendralejo, where the price per m² is around €1,000.
